What is it like?
Worship services are structured around traditional liturgical elements and scripture selections. Pastor John preaches out in front of the congregation; Terry Baird, our Faith Formation Director, offers a message aimed at our children; and Holy Communion is offered to all who wish to receive. Music includes a variety of styles and instruments.
What about my kids?
As Christians we are called to worship, this extends to children. Our worship space reflects this believe. We have children’s Bibles in the pews as well as children offering and prayer cards. During the program year, there is Sunday School offered during the hour between services.
Where do I park?
The church is located at the corner of N 185th Street and 8th Ave NW in Richmond Beach (one block south of Richmond Beach Road). Main entrance and parking lot are located off of 185th on the east side of the building.
How can I get connected?
Staff are often in the Narthex between services ready to great anyone interested in introducing themselves. Also, cards are available in the pews to leave contact information if you would like staff to contact you or you have a prayer request. Finally, a great way to get information about what is happening in the life of the church is to sign up to receive the weekly email newsletter called the "eBlast".
